The Metamorphosis team is ready to help you in your sustainability transformation. Metamorphosis is composed of a dedicated group of students representing multidisciplinary backgrounds and professional experiences. Every Metamorphosis consultant has completed our training module course in order to demonstrate competence in the sustainability field. However, training doesn’t stop there. Our consultants engage in continuous learning opportunities and workshops in order to keep current with the ever changing world of sustainability.

Jagger Vetter

President

Jagger is a senior environmental engineering student also pursuing an MBA. He has acquired a diverse background in sustainability through Co-Ops and extracurricular experiences that dealt with carbon capture, solar energy, air quality permitting, sustainability policy, and corporate sustainability. Additionally, he has competed in multiple environmental challenges centered around green infrastructure and renewable energy transitions.

Sofia Ferrigolo

Director of Consulting

Sofia is a sophomore Business Economics and Operations Management student with minors in Business Analytics and Environmental Analysis & Policy. With a data-driven sustainability lens to businesses’ impact, Sofia has a particular interest in impact measuring and reporting corporate impact. With a background in the climate non-profit realm and advocacy in Brazil, she also strives to further climate education and sustainability literacy in the corporate environment. Additionally, through formal training - such as Renewable Energy Innovation & Sustainability (Iceland School of Energy), Sustainability Consulting certification (One Point Five Academy), McKinsey & Company El Futuro Leadership Program - she has had exposure to life cycle analysis (LCA), GHG accounting, reporting standards, energy policies and technologies, management consulting, and problem-solving frameworks

Sydney Krewson

Director of Education

Sydney is a senior mechanical engineering student also pursuing a minor in environmental studies. In her coursework, she concentrates on renewable energy systems, sustainable development in communities, and water management. Her co-op experiences have centered around manufacturing excellence within continuous improvement, machine reliability, process optimization, and operational sustainability.  Her sustainability experience has focused on training development, renewable energy certification, corporate policy, resource risk analysis, and best practices for air, water, and waste use in processes

Ben Booker

President of Net Impact UC

Ben is a fourth year student at the UC Lindner College of Business as a part of the Kolodzik Business Scholar's program. He is majoring in Finance and Real Estate and pursuing a certificate in Urban Agriculture. He has had the opportunity to work in diverse industries and leadership positions where he has empowered the people and organizations he has worked with to create the most positive impact in their communities. Combined it's led him down a path to lead sustainability efforts at the University of Cincinnati's Center for Entrepreneurship where he works to connect people and resources to help support environmental and social enterprises.
